WordPress Developer with 2 years of experience

We're looking for a web developer with minimum 2-3 years of WordPress, HTML, CSS, jQUery and PHP experience.

Pixelmatticis a WordPress agency that lives and breathes WordPress. You need to have a minimum of 1-2 years of WordPress experiencefor this role.

As a WordPress developer, you will be involved in building world-class mobile-friendly WordPress websites, WordPress plugins and API integrations for clients across the globe and industries.

You will work either independently or in small teams and must be open to working in an open and flexible environment. We value accountability and willingness to learn more than anything.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Custom WordPress theme development
• WordPress troubleshooting
• WordPress performance and security optimisation
• WordPress REST API integration
• WordPress plugin development and customisation

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• 2-3 years of web development experience in a full-time role (Less than 2 years of experience need not apply)
• Should have minimum 1 year of WordPress experience OR have worked on atleast 5 Wordpress projects recently.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP.
• Strong working knowledge of responsive design techniques
• Excellent time management and flexibility to work independently or in small teams
• Basic knowledge of LESS,SASS, ReactJS or Angular JS is a plus
