About the Role:
We are looking for a high energy Account Manager to lead and manage the Pre-sales & Account
management functions.

Expectations:

  • 1-4 years of experience in handling customers and/or working with & in teams
  • Good command over the written and the spoken forms of English
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Prior experience with SQL is a nice to have the skill
  • Work Hours: 2pm-12am

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Sales:
    • Gathering the prospect/customer’s requirements, document and evaluate those requirements based on
      data availability and product roadmap status to determine project feasibility
    • Giving qualitative and quantitative feedback to the Sales team to help them set expectations with the
      prospect/customer
    • Work with Sales and Founding team to put together comprehensive responses for RFPs and deliver
      compelling proposals
  • Account Management:
    • Devising project plans for key customer-facing projects and adhering to internal and external deadlines.
    • Proactively setting expectations with customers on product updates, roadmap and deliveries
    • Supporting customers through various channels as appropriate
    • Coordinating with internal and external data providers to plan for customer deliveries.
    • Orchestrating conversations between internal teams and customers to find creative solutions to unique
    • data requirements, resolve issues and build new types of data and insights
    • Providing regular, structured inputs to the product team about customer expectations, new
      product/feature ideas and user experience improvements
