Role Details

• An experienced and motivated front end developer to create the best user experience possible for our teams and users.
• Our main tools that we use to build PharmEasy are HTML5, CSS3, jQuery , REACT -- reliable technologies that the PharmEasy team knows well and trusts. Knowing these technologies would be a huge plus but having familiarity with latest and upcoming web technologies like ES6, Web Components etc. It would be great if he or she also has experience in working in React!

 Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving the development team and coordinate strategies to ensure smooth functioning of product
• Ownership of development of new features and improvements to existing technology
• Work in partnership with Product Management team, business team and Product design team to build best-in-class user interaction designs and wireframes (or prototypes)
• Build codes that are scalable and compatible on different browsers
• Proficient in cross platform development (mobile & desktops)
• Constantly bring and implement product innovation and ideas to improve customer experience
• Providing guidance, vision and focus to deeply skilled and very bright engineers

Desired Skills/ Experience

• In-depth understanding of software architecture
• Heavy duty use of React
• Highly skilled in both HTML & CSS
• Excellent browser side knowledge of JavaScript
• Knowledge of browser internal rendering process
• Experience in optimizing frontend performance
• Experience with image optimization and lossless compression
• Demonstrated success leading application development across desktop, web and mobile
• Prior experience in guiding and mentoring software developers
