 About the Team

Analytics @ Pharmeasy wants to enable data driven decision-making for achieving the core business objective of the company to make healthcare accessible & affordable to everyone. This would essentially require rigorous efforts being put into all domains of analytics from data collection to data extraction to data cleaning to data wrangling to descriptive analytics and eventually drawing business insights and communicate the same to the relevant business teams. We want to make analytics an integral part of every decision making at Pharmeasy because in today’s world subjectivity is something that is limited to academia and data can answer most of the questions

Role Details

• An experienced and motivated expert on data warehousing and reporting, with hands-on experience who will be responsible for design, development, implementation and support of the Enterprise Data Warehouse and key reporting deliverables.

 Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into a required schema/data model, in order to optimize between data size, query speed, and data integrity
• Design and develop ETL processes to support population of the Data Warehouse and general data movement needs
• Design, develop, and implement cubes where appropriate and validate results with business representatives
• Design, develop, and implement key reporting artifacts
• Support implemented DW/BI solutions by monitoring and tuning queries and data loads, addressing user questions concerning data integrity, monitoring performance and communicating functional and technical issues
• Work to empower business users to gain access to key data to allow them to report and analyze business information
• Establish and assure compliance to database standards through the entire development life cycle

Desired Skills/ Experience

• Expert knowledge with AWS, specifically MYSQL AWS Database services
• Hands-on experience in Talend, Pentaho
• 4-5 years of hands on work experience

• Master Data Management – to create linkages between the drugs, brands, molecules, symptoms, disease, patient, doctors.
