Pepper Cloud is a Singapore based technology firm that is building data driven SaaS solutions for the food and beverages (F&B) industry. At Pepper Cloud, we are re-thinking how the F&B industry operates by providing technology solutions to increase manpower productivity, reduce food wastage, and manage entire value chain. Our integrated product suite include CRM, digital loyalty and reward system, inventory management, e-procurement, and data analytics for restaurants.
We are looking for a soft-spoken, people driven, articulated Technical Recruiter to manage and handle all hiring and recruitment at Pepper Cloud. The person would be responsible for coordinating human resources activities, such as head hunting, employee on-boarding, salary management, leave management, and employee services.

You’ll be working independently while coordinating with the senior management. Your key responsibilities would be:
1.) Hiring – Aggressively focus on hiring of the right candidates for the open job positions in the company. This will be your key job responsibility.
2.) Recruitment – Fully manage the recruitment process through pre-screening calls and interviewing potential job candidates on technical and behavioral aspects.
3.) Sourcing – Sourcing potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster), social platforms (Linkedin, Angel) and niche platforms (Github) to quickly fill up the vacant positions.
4.) Onboarding – Onboarding of new employees.
5.) Conferences – Participate in tech conferences, and meetups to network with IT professionals.
6.) Other: Handle HR and administrative work.
1.) Experience – 1 or 2 yrs. of practical experience in hiring software engineers (frontend, backend, fullstack, database), product manager, technical lead, solution architect etc.
2.) Education – Bachelors/ Master’s Degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
3.) Skills – Should be good in personnel relations and liasioning activities.
4.) Attitude – Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable.

2.) Willingness to work independently.
3.) Knowledge in operating Human Resource Management System (HRMS) software.
