Product Manager

Pepper Cloud is a Singapore based technology firm that are building data driven SaaS solutions for the food and beverages (F&B) industry. At Pepper Cloud, we are re-thinking how the F&B industry operates by providing technology solutions to increase operational efficiency, reduce food wastage, and manage entire value chain. Our integrated product suite include CRM, digital loyalty and reward system, inventory management, e-procurement, and data analytics for restaurants. 

We are looking for an experienced and passionate product manager to design and develop our product offerings. As a senior member of the technology team, you will play a critical role in leading the design architecture, product development and stragegy. You will take significant ownership of our core platform and architect it for speed and scalability. In short, you will be responsible for translating ideas, concept images and business requirements to an enterprise grade product.

Basic Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing and managing products
+ 3+ years of experience in shipping reliable, scalable, and efficient code, preferably in a full-stack role
+ Solid experience in technical architecture and implementation of scalable web applications
+ Deep understanding of the JavaScript language and practical experience with modern JavaScript UI libraries, frameworks and design patterns
+ Proven expertise in growing a product centric culture within the engineering team
+ Excellent people management, analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
+ Start-up experience
+ "Get things done" attitude
+ Experience in designing and developing enterprise grade applications is a solid plus
