We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator role for our Fort Office, Mumbai.
Experience: 0-1 year
- Provide support coordination to the recruitment team for any recruitment related activties.
- Post job descriptions to different hiring portals and PaperPlane Careers website
- Effectively manage and prioritize multiple positions along with the other recruitment related operational work.
- Schedule and arrange candidate telecon/F2F interviews by coordinating with the hiring panel for their timings.
- Ensure that calender invites are sent and accepted by the hiring panel for any telecon/F2F interviews
- Inform the shortlisted candidates for their interview schedule via email communication
- Coordinate with the candidate and the hiring panel to ensure that interviews start on time
- Maintain a record of interviews conducted and feedback recieved.
- Share feedback emails to the candidates post the interview process
- Assists with identifying any gaps or issues affecting the recruitment process and the overall TAT of any position.
- Provide support for continous improvement of the recruitment process by devising innovative ways.
- Stay updated with current recruitment trends
- Document and Share Knowledge - Conduct Knowledge Sessions
