Key Role Description:

As a Technical sourcer at FullStackTechies, you will be responsible for driving the growth of FullStackTechies’ rapidly expanding technical talent community. You will work closely with Talent Operations teams to specialize and re-refine the sourcing strategy for top technical experts. You will be the primary person responsible for understanding the quality bar – recruiting Top 10% -- that must be met for entry into FullStackTechies community. Your sourcing plan, and execution process will help ensure that all technical talent joining FullStackTechies will be highly successful on engagements with small, medium and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for developing and defining a rigorous technical talent sourcing strategy designed to identify top 10% technical experts – Digital IT, Software Engineering, Design & Marketing talent and creating a stable pipeline of high-quality candidates. You will continuously monitor your own souring pipeline and keep it consistently steady over time while working with the candidate sourcing Team Lead to grow operational excellence and build the necessary marketing collaterals and KPIs. You will identify, reach out to, and attract right technical experts with exceptional English language skills to drive building FullStackTechies’ technical talent community.

In the first week you will:

  • Onboard and integrate into FullStackTechies existing systems and processes.
  • Meet cross-functional teams to understand how you can best work together.
  • Undergo role specific training including learning about the procedures and tools currently used in FullStackTechies sourcing Team.

In the first month you will:

  • Identify opportunity and technical resource landscape to successfully to penetrate INDIA market.
  • Understand and qualify quality bar for all technical skills is met consistently.
  • Get up to speed on current FullStackTechies best sourcing practices on identifying the right talents
  • Outline the enterprise talent sourcing plan, strategize and test its assumptions through the creation of a strong candidate pipeline.

In the first three months you will:

  • Have created demonstrable value and measurable KPIs that help to drive technical experts to FullStackTechies system
  • Build up FullStackTechies talent sourcing strategy, test it thoroughly, capture and analyze the results and implement improvements.
  • Establish and maintain a stable FullStackTechies pipeline that consistently produces a high volume of top 10 % talent successfully passing the screening process and entering small, medium and enterprise client engagements.

In the first six months you will:

  • Develop a scalable and repeatable resource sourcing model for various technical FullStackTechies on-boarding
  • Continue to fine-tune and re-define the sourcing strategy for FullStackTechies while consistently delivering results through identification of top 10% talent from the market.
  • Formalize and streamline pipeline strategies and assist in training and onboarding team members.

In the first year you will:

  • Have consistent success in sourcing talent for small, medium and enterprise client engagements.
  • Fully own the sourcing for a number of small, medium and enterprise client accounts.
  • Explore new avenues of talent market and build reusable success model for FullStackTechies

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of Indian IT industry landscape, salary and emoluments structure; and resourcing methodologies
  • Experience and deep understanding of the US, UK Customer expectations -- technical and non- technical area.
  • At least 2 years of experience sourcing or recruiting technical talent with a demonstrated and proven track record of success.
  • Solid understanding of the differences in knowledge and expertise between highly-end full stack developers and average developers.
  • An unparalleled eye for talent engagement and and ability to engage talents consistently
  • Attention to detail on the FullStackTechies – primary and secondary technical skills and experience.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Must be a self-motivated world-class individual contributor or thriving to become so.
