Senior Technical Lead

Role:
● Creating, managing, and troubleshooting the Ruby on Rails application
● Mentoring team members on developing product features and coding best practices
● Provide architectural solutions to business & technical requirements
● Taking independent ownership of product and its features
● Managing end-to-end product development from requirements gathering, client interaction, team management,
and delivery

Qualifications:
● 10+ years professional experience in software development
● 8+ of years professional experience with Ruby on Rails or other MVC frameworks
● Experience in architecting scalable and reliable applications.
● Deep understanding of complex application modeling and architecture
Nice to have
● Experience in ReactJs or iOS or Android application development
● Experience with AWS
