React / Frontend Developer

Original4Sure is a young innovative technology startup building an innovative product in a niche domain. We've just secured our first round of Seed Investment, and now eagerly looking to develop a strong core team. Apart from the JD, the core team will carry a responsibility to build a strong foundation and culture for Original4Sure. We look forward to bringing people with strong will-power, energy and enthusiasm to build a startup from ground.

We are looking for a frontend developer to join our team who shares our passion to create a seamless product verification platform for consumers. We are looking for people who not only understand the challenge but can also solve this for the rest of the world.

What you will be doing

• Be a part of a small and tightly knit team
• Implement new app features and user interactions
• Innovate on making product verification workflows easier for consumers
• Mobile first thinking
• Writing apps for iOS and Android as well as SPAs for web using React Native

What you need

• Strong communication skills, get-things-done attitude, and empathy
• Strong sense of ownership, drive and an obsessive attention to detail
• Comfortable with iterative development practices and code reviews
• Previous experience as part of a product oriented team is a plus
• Expertise with Javascript, HTML5 and CSS3
• Knowledge of interacting with REST based APIs
• Knowledge of React + Redux (Flux architecture)
• Deep understanding of the front-end performance, web security, networking protcols (HTTP1/2, WebSocket)
• Knowledge of React Native and building android/ios apps using it are a plus
• Knowledge of offline experience and delivery optimization (caching, webwokers, local storage, Web SQL) are a plus
• Knowledge of UI/UX design using tools like Photoshop/Illustrator/Proto.io is a plus
