Sales Manager

We are looking for a talented, skilled and experienced sales and solutions engineer for Orgzit. She/he will be working alongside the founders and the marketing team.

 Work location: Charmwood Village, Faridabad

Mandatory Requirements

  • B.tech, M.Tech or MCA, MBA Graduate with minimum 60% aggregate
  • Minimum 2+ years’ of technology sales experience

Desired Requirements

  • Experience of selling SaaS technology products to B2B clients

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead / Business Generation
    • Identify new leads in a very sales driven manner
    • Approach people on social media (including LinkedIn and other business networks)
    • Understand the market segments for which Orgzit can offer solutions
    • Understand customer pain points
  • Design Solutions
    • Understand the Orgzit product
    • Working with other team members to design and propose Orgzit solution
  • Client On-boarding
  • Make list of potential clients based on some rules (domain, funding, connection with existing users/clients)
  • Work with the client to co-create case studies
  • Work with customers: Work 1-1 with users to help them use Orgzit to solve their real-world problems
  • Put in place a system for measuring key user metrics
  • Analyze product usage data and translate to actionable customer insights

Daily Activities

  • Reaching out proactively to new leads generated by marketing
  • Follow ups with existing and new clients
    • In-person client meetings in Delhi NCR (and beyond depending on feasibility)
    • Doing online meetings with remote clients
  • Explain Orgzit
  • Presentation on Orgzit
  • Try to understand client requirements and suggest ways on how Orgzit can meet those requirements
  • Attend conferences and meet ups and where he/she should proactively go and meet people and give elevator pitch of Orgzit and then follow up
  • Regular account management only for his/her clients
