Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products aligned to company vision and strategy.

Responsibilities
 Interact with the leaders and understand their vision for the company.
 Responsible for creating features for the technical platforms within the company.
 Required to take Responsibility/Ownership of the product.
 Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth
 Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes by creating a mock-ups with the specified requirements.
 Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
 Understanding of the entire product and the training requirement.
 Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
 Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
 Responsible for the features of the product and their performance post completion of the product

Qualifications

Education:
- MBA/B.Tech. degree or equivalent certification in product management domain preferred.

Work Experience/Skills:
 Proven work experience 1-2 yrs in product management (preferably from e-commerce or SaaS background and experience with Desktop and Mobile Platforms)
 Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
 Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
 Solid understanding of technology and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
 Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
 Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
