Where You Fit In

You are an experienced backend developer with a strong background working with Python/Django framework. You will support the development of apps that represent Ophio's commitment to building excellent products.

As a member of engineering team, you will have experience leading the development of Restful APIs, backends, and web applications that are used by mobile & web apps. You'll have the opportunity to work on products for exciting start ups and major established brands such as MTV, the Chicago Bulls, Porsche, Proctor & Gamble, Glamour and Bulova. Your development work will push the boundaries of what's possible as we build novel, groundbreaking and beautiful apps. You will love working with a team of highly skilled people, whether they are in the office next to you or working remotely. As a member of the Ophio team you must be inspired by technology and have a passion for creating innovative technical solutions.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• Hands-on knowledge and proven experience of Python.
• 1+ years of experience in Django.
• Designing and building secure RESTful APIs.
• Working with git and test-driven development.
• Strong sense of ownership and drive.
• Understanding of web services technologies.
• Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
