CoFounder CTO of MVP-stage, Funded HealthTech platform

Onward is redefining the approach to patient engagement, making it easy for patients to follow doctors' instructions and helping them get better, sooner. Have you known a patient close to you who's anxious about their health? Or you've been anxious about their health? Do you wish you could help them but all you know is to code (really well)?

Why we're looking for you: You're made for a CTO + CoFounder profile, who can come in, lead the Tech team, take up coding yourself, accelerate our phase 2 product, and partner in driving the Onward vision.

Current Stage: We are a seed-funded company with strategic investors onboard, as well as a strong advisory board. We're MVP-ready with pilots running at three large Hospital customers. 

Requirements

1) Graduation in Computer Science or similar, followed by 3-4 years of experience in high-performance software engineering teams.

2) Preference will be given to candidates who have been CTO Founder / CoFounder in the past.

3) Expertise in building system architecture.

4) Strategic thinking. Work closely with Founding team in building for a joint vision. 

5) Bring a good ethic around what is good UX, Mobile UI, or having worked with designers.

6) Good understanding of data modeling/ algorithms; be comfortable working with Data Science, analytics teams.

7) Ability to lead teams.

8) Understanding of IOT platforms; comfort with working with SDKs of Health wearable devices.

9) Preference would be given to (but not restricted to): healthtech experience, previous team leader roles, self-starters.
