Senior Smart Contract Engineer (Solidity / GameFi / Web3)

About the Role

One More Game is building the next generation of blockchain-powered gaming experiences. We are looking for a Senior Smart Contract Engineer to design, develop, and maintain secure blockchain systems that power our game economy, digital assets, and Web3 infrastructure.

You will take ownership of critical smart contract architecture and work closely with blockchain engineers, backend developers, game designers, and product teams to transform innovative game mechanics into reliable, scalable on-chain solutions.

This is an opportunity to build real Web3 gaming infrastructure, including token economies, NFT systems, staking mechanisms, and digital asset ownership experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure Solidity smart contracts.
• Build and maintain blockchain systems for:
  • Token economies
  • NFT assets
  • Rewards and incentive systems
  • Staking mechanisms
  • In-game digital assets
• Write clean, gas-efficient, and maintainable smart contract code.
• Develop comprehensive unit tests and deployment processes.
• Perform smart contract security reviews and identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Optimize contract performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on blockchain architecture decisions.
• Participate in code reviews, production deployments, and technical discussions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong production experience developing Solidity smart contracts.
• Deep understanding of Ethereum-compatible networks and blockchain architecture.
• Experience with token standards:
  • ERC-20
  • ERC-721
  • ERC-1155
• Experience with smart contract development tools:
  • Foundry
  • Hardhat
  • OpenZeppelin
• Strong understanding of smart contract security best practices and common vulnerabilities:
  • Reentrancy
  • Access control issues
  • Oracle manipulation
  • Front-running / MEV risks
• Experience writing automated tests and debugging blockchain applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, global engineering environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building GameFi, NFT, or DeFi applications.
• Experience designing blockchain game economies or token incentive systems.
• Experience with blockchain protocols or decentralized applications.
• Familiarity with Rust, Solana, Substrate, or other blockchain frameworks.
• Experience contributing to open-source blockchain projects.
• Previous experience working on production Web3 applications.
