Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: sourcing and screening potential candidates, in-person and phone interviews with candidates, making offer and negotiation. Understanding job description & job specification of assigned positions. Posting job ads in different platforms and organizing resumes and job applications. Performing reference and background checks.
Skills Required:
• Excellent verbal & written English communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-confident and self-starter.
• Self-driven, independent, Customer oriented and should be able to identify the right candidate through various means like LinkedIn, job boards, etc.
• Extremely motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Solid negotiation and closing skills.
