Software Application Web Developer - Ruby on Rails (2-6 yrs)

One of our client based in Singapore and Chennai looking for Senior Ruby on rails developer. 

What we are looking for: 

• 5+ years of overall software development experience. 
• 2+ years of Ruby on Rails development. 
• Data modeling and optimization of RDBMS (MySQL). 
• Strong experience developing SaaS or web-based enterprise software applications 
• Experience with OO design principles. 
• Experience with JavaScript MVC Framework. 
• Experience with agile, iterative, and test-driven development methods. 
• Experience designing and developing applications from the ground up with performance and scalability in mind. 
• Facebook application like Facebook & Twitter API experience is helpful. 
• Experience developing mobile apps (iPhone and Android) is a plus 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Demonstrate initiative and ownership, passion and enthusiasm for designing and implementing product solutions. 
• Great aptitude for solving complex problems with innovative and elegant designs and deliver robust functionality in a timely manner. 
• High commitment to collaboration and team achievement. 
• Good communication skills. 
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software engineering, computer science, or computer & information systems. 

Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with the Product Development team to define, and then build specific SaaS modules in Rails. 
• Build rich, modern user experiences that are progressive and responsive. 
• Build complicated technical products in a beautiful and intuitive manner. 
• Interact in a collaborative manner with the clients, the Product Design team, and the Engineering Team to maintain a fast-paced, responsive creative design process. 
• Drive the execution of design, and deliver to deadlines
