O3 Infotech is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to help lead a redesign of our SAAS-based Workflow management product, Kelsa (http://kelsa.io). This role will encompass looking at the details of the current product and how customers are using the system, engaging with customers and conducting research, engaging with the team to identify problem areas and possible solutions, and coming up with newly designed viable product screens that are ready to be handed over to the development team.
Requirements:
- Prior experience with designing beautiful and easy to use interactivity for Web Sites
- Experience in designing SAAS products a big plus
- Demonstrable knowledge in design thinking concepts
- Knowledge of design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Sketch
- Knowledge of industry best practices for design patterns
- Soft skills including fluency in English and ability to work well in a team with Product Managers and Developers.
- No programming experience required
