O3 Infotech is looking for a talented software engineer to help build out it's mobile product to help companies by empowering their sales team by streamlining and automating their lead management process. The role would entail working with areas such as webview communication, call/sms activity tracking, voice integration, and building out native android views.


Here are the job requirements: 
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent

- 3+ years of experience in Android Development in JAVA, and experience with production applications

- Experience with working with REST APIs and Background processes

- A working knowledge of Git

- Ability to write elegant code that is both performant and secure

- Experience with deploying building and deploying production-ready apps


Nice to have

- Knowledge in the following technologies:  Google Voice Integration, Phone Call/SMS integration

- Experience with working with React Native a big plus

- Experience in working with Agile, knowledge of SCRUM processes

- Strong contributions to open source

- Knowledge about Sales/CRM

Soft Skills

- Being able to communicate effectively in English

- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player

- An eagerness to remain current on latest technologies and introduce new thinking into the company’s infrastructure
