Ops & Admin Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Admin Manager who can sensibly and independently manage our office, and help our company run smoothly. We're open to this transitioning into a part-time role in a few months.

nilenso is a technology services company, but this is not a tech role. Typical tasks may involve:
- Leading existing ops team of 2 persons
- Invoicing and following up on payments, expenses, reconciliation
- Coordination with the accounts team, payment of statutory dues, monthly reports
- Managing paperwork requirements
- Supporting scheduling of interviews, related paperwork and travel
- Documentation and calendar management
- Overseeing cleaning schedules, repairs, and purchases


Must have:
- Super organised
- Comfortable with tech (using a computer, email, excel, open to learning other tools)
- Good command over spoken and written English
- Can preferably also speak either Tamil or Kannada
- Can independently handle paperwork requirements, and ask prudent questions when needed
- Have the aptitude to pick up tasks, do independent research and propose multiple solutions, highlighting pros and cons
