UX DESIGNER - 3-Month Full-Time Contract
Aviation Tech Startup | Bangalore/Remote| Start: January 2026

ABOUT US:
AviAgent is building AI-powered compliance software for 
airlines. We're helping aviation operators track FAA 
airworthiness directives automatically.

We are building  MVP nå.

THE ROLE:
We need a UX designer to create high-fidelity mockups for 
our web application.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
✓ Create user flows for 6 core features
✓ Design 15-20 screens in Figma
✓ Develop design system (colors, typography, components)
✓ Collaborate with frontend developer
✓ Iterate based on user feedback

REQUIREMENTS:
✓ 2-3 years UX/UI design experience
✓ Strong Figma skills (must have portfolio)
✓ Experience designing B2B SaaS products
✓ Understanding of user flows, wireframes
✓ Good communication (daily updates required)

NICE TO HAVE:
✓ Aviation/industrial domain knowledge
✓ Experience with data-heavy dashboards
✓ Familiarity with Tailwind CSS

CONTRACT DETAILS:
- Duration: 3 months (Jan-Mar 2026)
- Location: Bangalore preferred (remote possible)
- Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
- Exclusive: No other client work during contract
- Payment - milestone-based and based on exprience
