Job Description:
- Qualified chartered accountant with 5 years of hands on experience of managing the following in a company
- Quarterly and annual financial audit process and ideally have dealt with one of the Big 4 audit firms
- Financial MIS incl. Pnl / balance sheet/ debtors & creditors management
- Handling of tax related aspects ( Service tax/ Income Tax/ GST and WHT)
- Compliance related tasks - statutory filing with ROC/ corporate governance / board meetings/ EGM/ Committees
- Rolling forecast management working with management and sharing actual Ach vs forecast and guidance for subsequent month / quarter
- Well versed with accounting software and financial process including monthly filing of statutory returns like GST etc.
- Good to have : involved in some fund raise for the company
Soft Skills
- Good oral and written communication skills to represent company with auditors / board members / potential external investors
- Strong grip on numbers and analytical bent of mind
- Self driven and process oriented
- Bias for action and execution and individual contributor
- Experience with digital product company or digital media company
