Designation : Executive- Inside Sales
Department : Inside Sales
Reports to : Manager-Inside Sales
Job Summary:
This role is responsible to sell the company services to the potential customers through phone/Email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach the customers in the provided database via- Phone/Email to offer services.
- Need to make point of contact ( USA customers ) .. Contact numbers if not available then need to track online (Google /Linkedin or any ).
- Profiling for all SEA/AIR products (Import , Export , Clearance , Warehousing )
- Enquiry Generation
- Preparing Quotations , Negotiations , Cost follow up with pricing team /Agents
- Closure of Accounts
- Handling of shipment by coordinating with different depts.
- Follow up on the collections
Key Metrics (KPI’s):
- Achieving budgets as allocated
- Error free quotations
- Collections/receivables
Skills & Competencies required:
Technical/Generic Skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Good sales ability
- The ability to handle rejection
Behavioral Skills
- Very good Communication Skills
- Task oriented
- Very good Interpersonal skills
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate/ Postgraduate / MBA in Sales and marketing preferred.
Requires 2-3 years of proven experience as Inside sales representative.
Requires freight forwarding Experience (Knows basic USA Export/Import Process)
