R ole & R e s p o n sibilitie s   

● Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs 

● Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: sourcing and screening potential candidates, in-person and phone interviews with candidates, making offer and negotiation 

● Posting job ads in different platforms and organizing resumes and job applications 

● Performing reference and background checks 

● On-boarding process of new hires  

● Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves) 

● Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) 

● Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data to payroll team 

● Employee engagement and Performance management activities  

● Exit process of an employee 

● Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures 

● Assisting with employee grievances 

● Develop and monitor plans to strengthen our agile development and continuous improvement culture 

● Procuring office requirements, maintaining petty cash and managing vendors, office boy & maid.   

Skills   

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

● Experience in using Job Portals, Social Networking Sites, LinkedIn, Head Hunting etc. 

● Go-Getter attitude, take ownership 

● Must possess strong interpersonal skills
