<h3>Role & Responsibilities</h3>
  • Have a great taste in visual design (backed by a good portfolio)
  • Ability to create visuals for mobile (iOS & Android), web apps & responsive websites
  • Prototype designs along with interactions for Web and Mobile apps with no supervision
  • Expert knowledge of responsive design, mobile first approach, ios & android guidelines
  • Ability to juggle between multiple projects
  • Excellent on typography, alignments, balance & motion
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering and senior executives to create original user-centric designs that reflect business requirements
  • Mentor fellow UX & UI designer, providing training and support as and where necessary. Collate with design director and project manager
  • Deliver new products that span all project phases from concept and design to production
  • Collaborate with multiple client stakeholders with different backgrounds
  • Upto date with general UI trends, best practices, design principles and tools / techniques
  • Strong typography, layout and visual design skills with absolute pixel perfection
  • In-depth knowledge of managing and handover of assets to development team
  • Degree in Visual Arts, BFA etc will be a bonus
<h3>Skills</h3>
  • Proficient with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team management skills
