2. Secondly we are looking for people who are honest, transparent and place the team before their personal agenda.
3. We are not looking for just the best developer out there, we are looking for the better than the best human beings out there. 
4. A definite track record on using Java, Spring or Spring Boot to build scaleable systems, and a dab of angular.js and frontend skills.
5. Working knowledge of REST APIs.
