We have requirements for Technical Support chat process.

This is a 24x7 process with 10 hours rotating shifts, including night shifts.

Candidates strictly with the following skills will only be eligible for interview.

1. Best/Native written English skills.

2. Able to understand customer's queries and chat with Americans instantly without delays

OR

3. Expert Technical knowledge to find troubleshooting steps and resolve customer's concerns using knowledgebase resources.
