Overview
========
MountBlue is a premium software development services provider and is looking for smart and motivated engineers to join their team. The candidate must have programming experience in at least one of the following languages: Javascript, Java, Python, PHP or Ruby. Selected candidates will go through an extensive 12 weeks training program and on successfully completing the requirements of the program will be offered the role of a Software Development Engineer

Responsibilities
========
+ Work in a team to develop, compile, test, debug & deploy software

+ Develop web and mobile applications using Javascript, HTML and CSS

+ Ensure close to 100% timely & defect-free software deployments

+ Write documentation for software and APIs

+ Support software during production and provide hot fixes

Qualifications
========

+ Familiar with at least one programming language. Example: Javascript, Java, PHP, Python etc.

+ Good analytical and problem solving skills

+ Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Eagerness to learn new technologies

Selection Process

+ At home coding test on an online competitive coding platform

+ Candidates who perform well in the test will have 2-3 rounds of technical and fit interviews

+ We will try our best to finish the process for everyone within 1 day and will try to minimize waiting time for everyone. However, be prepared for a multi-day process and waiting periods
