Front-end UI Developer

We are looking for a qualified Front-end who specializes in User Interface (UI) development. You will be responsible for writing the HTML and its associated templates of our web applications. You will also be the master of CSS, either written in a pre-processor such as Sass or other styles that can be post-processed. It will be an added advantage if you are familiar with the UI part of React Components.

Responsibilities

• Code in HTML or HTML-like templating engines.
• Collaborate with back-end developers and product team to improve usability.
• Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers.
• Create quality mockups and prototypes.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Front-end developer with at least 3 live projects.
• Hands on experience with markup languages.
• Experience with JavaScript, CSS (Sass).
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
• Understanding of layout aesthetics.
• Knowledge of SEO principles.
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
