Search Engine Marketing(SEM) Specialist

Job Description:

• Manage day-to-day search marketing activities in Google AdWords e.g., campaign planning, implementation, keyword bid management, performance monitoring, and campaign optimization to ensure ROI and other business goals are met
• Perform competitive analysis to leverage expansion & optimization opportunities on a ongoing basis
• Review & optimize keyword coverage, account structure, bidding strategies, ad copy messaging so as to continuously improve conversion rate, CTR & QS while keeping under control the average CPCs, cost per conversions
• Keep abreast with latest updates in search engine marketing, competitive landscape, and keyword research etc.,

Qualifications:

• 1-3 plus years of experience in managing & optimizing Google AdWords Search Campaigns by following best practices in SEM
• Google Certified AdWords Professional - Search & Mobile
• Proficient in advanced techniques in search marketing including different bid optimizations, bid adjustments, targeting & optimization techniques etc.,
• Proven ability to scale high volume search campaigns from scratch
• Strong communication & copy writing skills. Comfortable in creating persuasive ad copy messaging for high performance campaigns
• Ability to manipulate/analyze large datasets with a goal to derive insights to be fed into the funnel for optimization
• Experience in Google Analytics or other similar tools
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with an eagerness to consistently exceed objectives and improve processes
