About Mobiport

Mobiport is a mobile tech startup based out of Hyderabad solving the App discovery and App search problems. We at Mobiport believe the App eco system is yet to explode and discovery/search problems are the reason behind it. We work closely with IIIT Hyderabad research labs.

We are looking for a an Android framework engineer to build the core modules of Mobiport product. The core modules will be extending multiple modules of android framework like Activity Manager, View System, Content Providers, Window Manager and Package Manager.

Desired experience and skills

  • Experience working on custom ROM
  • Experience working on AOSP
  • Extending Android framework
  • Expert at android internals
  • Development experience in C/C++/Java
  • Android software architecture experience
  • Experience with Android App development
  • Experience with basic GUI testing
  • Understanding of Android kernel is a plus
