Position:  Manufacturing Head/Manager / Sr. Manager-Manufacturing

Job Role: Head of a Unit (Production+Quality+Maintenance+Dispatch)

Department-Manufacturing / Operations

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma (Mechanical)

Experience- 12 – 20 Years

Desired Industry: Capital Equipments, Cutting Tools (Steel Industry / Machine Shop)

Job Location: Faridabad

• Responsible for overall direction of manufacturing i.e planning /productivity/ Quality/ Cost / Delivery /Resources / material uses & control /Dispatch
• Developing plans & schedules, arranging resources to ensure achievement of targets as per budgeted parameters.
• Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipments. Maintaining Down time through constant interaction with Production teams.
• Maintain and update productions related documents, visual management, and supervision of Daily work management, identification and elimination of non-value addition activity and Build Effective Systems and Processes.
• Monthly MIS on Sell, Schedule adherence, capacity utilization, Consumable cost, scrap Cost, scrap, rework
• Co- ordination with production /QA/Engg. / Purchase/Marketing Dept.
• To implement 5S in shop floor.
• Motivations of manpower to achieve target & improve quality.
• Planning / Imparting continuous on job training to the workforce for enhancing their operational efficiencies through knowledge enhancement / skill building.
• Solve tooling related problem by in-house or outside agency.
