Desired Profile

  • Diagnose any machine malfunction and repair the same
  • Has experience or knowledge of repairing mechanical rotating equipment and its maintenance
  • Doing daily routine machine maintenance of equipment’s for smooth functioning of plant and process and reduce machine downtime
  • Responsible in devising maintenance plan to prevent malfunction
  • Executing the maintenance plan along with requisite equipment log and history cards, repair schedules and external coordination where necessary
  • Run diagnostic test and make adjustment, making sure each machine is running at optimal performance
  • Devise and ensure proper safety plans that comply with workplace safety laws
  • Act as storekeeper for maintenance supplies and ensure availability and accountability of all

maintenance items

  • Maintain past data with log and history cards of equipment and of services for future references

Skills

  • Theoretical and practical Knowledge in rotating machinery (pumps, motors gearboxes, etc) and tools preferred
  • Analytical skills, problem solving skills, meticulous nature and result driven
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Critical thinking with quality control analysis
