Brief About The Role:-

A prominent PM & QS Practice with offices in London & Cork are currently looking to recruit a Senior QS to head up an existing measurement team for the assembly and production of Bills of Quantities within a diverse office structure.

Requirement-

  • Preferably with a PQS background.
  • A thorough, comprehensive and solid knowledge of ARM4 & SMM7 and fluent in their use, range and abilities.
  • Excellent working proficiency in industry standard software to include Excel, Buildsoft, Bluebeam and CostX.
  • A familiarity and competency in assembling and corroborating Bills of Quantities for residential, commercial, civil and pharma projects.
  • An ability to take responsibility and lead a measurement team to deliver projects on time and to client’s dates and deadlines.
  • An interest in building and expanding this department within the company with total support from the directors, and a drive to lead from the front and build a team to support that aim.
