Lead Developer

A lead developer at Klarity is highly technical individual who will lead a team of SW developers and mentor them in product design, clean architecture and good software development principles. S/he will be working closely with both the Boston and India teams to build out a new line of ML-based products. S/he will have access to top AI experts and world renowned technology architects, to interact with and learn from them.

Desirable Qualities:

Technical competence in large system design

Familiar with enforcement of design and code discipline

Good communication skills

Good organization and planning skills

Preferred Technical Expertise:

Has designed, develop microservice based components

Has tested and deployed cloud-based systems using AWS

Docker, Python, RabbitMQ, Redis

Required Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical field

4-8 years experience

Significant experience working with teams on sizable software projects
