System Engineer with 1-3 Yrs Experience, Knowledge in Linux Preferred

Job Scope:

Responsible for servicing and supporting technical queries of the government departments

 

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for diagnosing and troubleshoot basic technical issues faced by the customer

- Manage e-mails and calls of users and understand and respond to customer queries

- Coordinate with internal and external teams and resolve technical issues

- Ensure all issues are properly logged in the system

- Responsible for managing basic billing

 

Qualification and Experience:

- Graduate

- 1-2 years of experience in technical - customer service profile preferably in Telecom Domain

 

Knowledge and Skills:

- Knowledge in Linux

- Competent in MS office and web browser environments

- Excellent communication in Hindi and English (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills

- Customer service orientation

- Flexible to work in 24*7 set up

- Willingness to learn
