PHP to NodeJs/ReactJS

Position

Are you a good PHP full stack developer looking to transition to Nodejs/ReactJS?  

Overview

Looking for a passionate programmer, looking to work on complex, world changing software products. Somebody who has been programming from a young age, deeply interested in technology and with a strong computer science background as opposed to a skill base. Ability to understand complex requirements, research different technologies to fulfill the requirements, and finally choose an appropriate technology and implement the requirements. Strong communication skills and experience working remotely for US companies.

Exp required

Skills (not mandatory, training will be provided)

• Nodejs, NOSQL and allied technologies
• Cloud and serverless architectures
• Database concepts
• Familiarity with Scrum, TDD, Git
• CI and CD
• Should be able to understand system requirements, abstract reuseable components and create design

Desirable skills

• Good UI skills
• Ability to empathise with the user and create new experiences for her

Soft Skills

Flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a small team.

Excellent communication skills.

Must be able to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities:     Participating in a team-oriented environment to develop complex web-based applications.

Maintaining existing codebase, to include troubleshooting bugs and adding new features.

Write unit tests for the produced solutions

 Experience

Development of Web based applications with reasonable complexity.

Strong database knowledge, specifically NOSQL knowledge.

Experience of working in Agile environment

Ability to hold your own with programmers with decades of experience

Perpetually learning, with ability to pick up new computer science concepts like AI and ML
