We a Pharmacy group that believes that medicines are affordable however awareness about affordable medicines, availability of the same, acceptance of the same due to lack of education make the customer pay dearly. The reason for our existence is to address this significant issue and create a deep impact for the patients - needy and otherwise. What we are looking for?

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Support to drive end to end requirements for our business needs.

What you’ll be doing:

· Providing Support for Software to all users

· Analyse the issues, find root cause & solve them

· Educate/Train the users for the issue based on its solution

· In case of bugs, coordinate with Development Team/Vendor Support for getting the issues fixed.

· Understanding the business requirements, translate to scenarios for testing and configuring the datasets as per the business domain to validate, test, demonstrate the same with end users and navigating the UAT process.

· Documenting/Updating the business requirements and translating them into functional documents.

· Create walkthrough of the software for the users

· Implementation of new features/product customization as per business needs

· Testing, Implementation of new tools for users

· Candidates who have worked on implementation/support of ERP products

What are the skills that you’ll need to succeed in this role?

Technical Skills (KPI will be based on these) 

Must have - Excel/Spreadsheet - Knowledge of ERP Modules/Functionalities - Prioritization - Ability to Perform under pressure - Adaptable & Flexible

Good to have - Any programming skill (Python/JavaScript)
