Our goal: 
Democratise access to the Financial Markets by providing Real-time Tick by Tick data and Market Intelligence to the masses.

Why is it challenging? 
Markets are really volatile. At any time there are 100,000 of trades happening which cause the price change. 
Our task is to reliably transmit this data to hundred's of thousands of user's in near realtime, so that they are well informed to act on this data.

Pre-requisites 
- You must love coding. Technology is the backbone to our product. The way you can bring value to our users is by building new features and improving on existing ones. 
- You must build for a scale. 
- You are more than a coder. You want to be part of the entire product process. 
- You want to understand your users, empathise with their needs and build 
  features that they would love.

Technologies we use: 
Ruby/Rails - for our web framework 
Golang - High performance systems 
Elixir - Microservices 
Android/java - Mobile app 
Postgres - Database 
Redis - Caching 
Nats.io - messaging/queuing system 
Docker/Chef - deployment
