Android Developer for a location addressing startup

Looking for someone who has good experience in developing apps for android.
How do you think it would be if maps display labels along a specific route without the clutter around,or if you can navigate cities better with better location search.
Some of the challenges involved are
a)Locating addresses through gps with minimum error
b)Providing better route navigation
c)Optimizing battery usage for specific features which require user location tracking. etc
We are open to full time or freelance developers.Location is flexible.
