Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities & Deliverables:

• The candidate is expected to publish daily/weekly/monthly reports in a pre-defined format and frequency and  sometimes needs to design own format as well.
• Accurate and timely reports to be published.
• To keep the report data bank ready for any requests received from time to time.
• Coordination with Internal and Sales Team.
• Need to manage Admin Portal for eBooks platform
• Need to upload and download PDF, EPUB files on FTP
• Need to coordinate with the publisher partners to execute eBooks orders
• Coordinating with Operations, Sales, Accounts, and other support groups.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
• Prepares proposals for eBooks and Digital Library.
• Need to maintain eBooks catalog and title list.

Educational Qualification:

• Any Graduate with 6 months to 1 year of work experience. Primary Skills:
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• MIS with good presentation skills.
• Can manage and complete all allotted responsibilities time to time.
• Ability to work individually and with a team with a positive team environment.
• Quick learner and have a knack to understand tasks well to execute it better. Technical Skills:
• Command over Word & Excel (Pivot table with Slicers, V-Lookup, Conditional formatting, Filters, etc.)
• Can manage multiple excel sheets simultaneously for data mapping, data handling, etc

Secondary Skills:

• Should be extremely creative and also should have a dynamic personality.
• Must be detailed-oriented and have a pro-active approach.
• Analytical and logical thinking with a problem solving approach.
• Time management with accuracy.
• Decision making approach.
• Excellent organizational skills.
