- Working experience in Spring / Struts Frameworks

- Should work on Webservices Rest/Soap

- Should worked on HTML/JSP + JQuery + Ajax

- Should worked on Database queries/procedures writing

- Must know the Sever Configurations

- Should worked on Application Deployments

- Should worked on LDAP concept/Transaction Management / Encryption techniques/Jersey API

- Should worked on Versioning System svn/cvs/tfs any one.

- Team leading of at least 4-7 members

- Working Experience in Software Agile process
