Customer Success Manager - Bookkeeping

Build Relationships with existing Customers

  • Onboard book keepers on Loop book keeping workflow

Work with Product and Engineering to productize the Customer Success Workflows

  • Launch self-serve work flows for book keepers to onboard on Loop book keeping workflows
  • Prioritize features and integrations based on campaign outcomes and customer interviews
  • Work with engineering team to milestone for monthly releases

Upsell and Build Partnerships

  • Evaluate and recruit highest value bookkeeping partnerships and accelerate direct integrations
  • Present and justify automation as a “no-brainer” alternative for 3PD bookkeeping
  • Design and carry out research to analyze stated and unstated problems
  • Make recommendations on product offering based on research. Consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations/making recommendations based on the data collected

Work on Product Outreach 

  • Publish content to generate awareness around 3PD best practices
  • Run webinars and events for recruiting bookkeepers into the Loop platform
  • Run large scale market research to identify the largest restaurant bookkeepers and target outreach on linkedin, google and surfaces where CPAs and bookkeepers spend time
