Job responsibilities
1. Manage Customer & Supplier relations
2. Scout and convert customer leads to business
3. Identify marketing channels with maximum ROI
4. Manage Social media campaigns of the company
5. Generate daily MIS to report key business metrics
6. Resolve customer and vendor queries
7. Manage payment gateways, e-wallet and other third party vendors
Requirements
Experience: 0 to 2 years. Freshers welcome.
Language proficiency: Good spoken Hindi and English
Skills required: MS EXCEL, Good at numbers, Good understanding of marketing channels
