What we expect
- Assist with recruitment strategies and events for employment.
- Collect data and compile overall hiring report.
- Track cost and effectiveness of media outlets for job postings.
- Post new positions on various websites
- Sort incoming resumes and log them into appropriate tracking systems
- Coordinate candidate interviews, physicals, and testing
- Maintain a satisfactory level of customer service with clients both internal and external.
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Support all internal and external HR related requests.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Introduce employee friendly HR policies
- Handle employee benefits program
- Comfortable working with remote teams in various locations
- Handle a high degree of personal responsibility and work independent
- Ability to develop and present ideas and initiatives
- Ability to be highly organized
- Fluent in English
