Prior professional experience is an advantage though we also welcome individuals who are applying for their first job and have the above attitude.

LocToc has its presence in Singapore, Chennai and Bangalore, India. We are led by internationally awarded individuals with significant experience at top tier firms like McKinsey, Oracle and Morgan Stanley, both in business and technology.

Responsibilities

1. Develop native Android application
2. Develop Android SDK
3. Work closely with backend, UX and PM team to construct creative solutions
4. Develop reusable custom components that can be used across application at run time
5. Optimize, improve efficiency, scalability, stability of application

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree or higher in computer science (or related fields)
2. Expert in Java, general OOP concepts
3. Expert in the Android SDK, up-to-date with Android best practices
4. Expert in memory management and memory optimization
5. Understanding of unit-testing and ability to write them
6. End-to-end owner mindset – you must be proud of what you are building 

Bonus Points

1. Experience in using Firebase
2. Experience in developing Android SDKs
3. Apps published on the Google Play Store
4. Understanding of instrumentation testing
5. Prior experience in using cloud-based physical device test services
