Mission:

As a Mid-Level Developer, you'll contribute to web and mobile app development, maintenance, and enhancement. Collaborate with developers and the US-based team to address bug requests, maintain tests, improve internal dashboards, implement AB tests, and support internal teams and clients.

Project/Role Description:

• Bug Request Management (25%)

• Handle incoming bug requests and prioritize tasks
• Collaborate with the team to address complex tasks
• Improve bug handling processes

• Testing and Documentation (20%)

• Maintain tests for code quality
• Reduce technical debt and stabilize codebase
• Create technical documentation

• Internal Dashboard Improvement (20%)

• Enhance and optimize internal dashboards
• Collaborate to identify improvement areas
• Implement new features as needed

• AB Testing (20%)

• Implement AB tests for user experience optimization
• Analyze results and provide data-driven recommendations
• Align AB testing with business goals

• App and Website Improvement (10%)

• Identify and propose enhancement opportunities
• Implement new features based on feedback and requirements
• Ensure visually appealing and intuitive user experience

• Internal Feature Support (10%)

• Support the US-based team with technical tasks
• Assist in feature implementation and enhancements

• Client Support (5%)

• Provide technical support during live events
• Address clients' technical needs and resolve issues

Key Competencies & Skills:

• Proficient in React, PHP, HTML, CSS, design principles, and WordPress
• Strong knowledge of React Native, Expo Apps, and MySQL
• Strong English communication skills to level of providing support for internal teams
• Independent and quick learner, able to implement features rapidly
• Experience with CodeIgniter or similar framework
• Bonus: HubSpot understanding

Key Outcomes:

• Reduce bug resolution time to less than 2 days for website, and 1 week for app, leading to improved app and website stability and a better user experience.
• Increase overall code coverage to 50% through writing and maintaining unit tests and end-to-end tests, ensuring higher code quality.
• Provide effective support, contributing to a 90% reduction in team members re-posting bugs
• Free up other team members to work on critical projects
• Eliminate need for management to write SQL for dashboards
