We are Nasscom 10K startup with many paying customers and great traction. We help educators to teach online and sell course in their own website. We are building shopify for education. We want to make quality education affordable, easily accessible and engaging

Nice, but what do we do

We provide tools such as website builder and templates, virtual classroom interface for students, video encryption and streaming service almost everything that is required to launch a online teaching platform.

What would I do?

You will be responsible for customer retention and driving customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading post-sales efforts including customer on-boarding, driving user adoption and satisfaction, owning customer renewals, and developing up-sell opportunities. You’ll develop strong, long-lasting customer relationships as a trusted advisor.

Specifically we are looking for

• Onboarding new customers and manage day to day relationships 
• Operate as lead point of contact for customers 
• Understand customer needs and requirements. Present them with solution 
• Perform effective online demos to customers and prospects 
• Strong written and spoken skills in English. Speaking in Hindi is a plus 
• Excellent conversational skills and telephone etiquette 
• Documenting of help, troubleshooting and problem resolution steps 
• Contributing to product roadmap based on customer inputs and providing feedback to product team on new features rolled out 
• Educate Learnyst customers about new features and their benefits 
• Discovering up-sell opportunities and contract renewals 
• Conducting customer feedback calls and reviews

Your goal is to transition Learnyst customer as loyal Learnyst client who can willingly promote and recommend Learnyst brand for others.

Qualification

• MBA in Marketing / Sales. Prior work experience is not a necessity 
• Knowledge of internet marketing (blogs, SEO, social media marketing, rss, etc) is a big plus
