Python/Django developer who loves Edtech

LaughGuru is an educational startup located in Mumbai. We aim to revolutionize the concept-building process by using humour to teach core educational concepts + solve one of the core problems in the K12 educational domain - engagement. The leadership team is made up of graduates from IIT Bombay and St. Xavier's.

We are looking for a kickass Django developer with 0-2 years of experience. Excitement about developing groundbreaking educational product is a plus. We don't care about your degree or your alma mater, just your skillset.

The work involves working on the product backend + our internal tools backend with work spreading across the following areas:
1) Content management
2) Leads/Sales management
3) Email/SMS/Push notifications
4) Showing your skills in eating many cones of icecream at once

The role will involve making RESTful APIs + developing new features + devising analytics dashboards while using our own or third party APIs for integration. We work on Heroku + Digital Ocean with Postgres DB and also use Django REST framework to make life easy for ourselves :D
