Engineering Manager for a leading FinTech Startup

Kuvera is a leading Fintech company which provides goal based investment platform to simplify investing. We offer investments in direct plan only, for free. No fees, no commissions. Since our launch over 2 years ago we have seen huge growth. We manage more that 2,500 Cr INR and have diverse set of users from over 600 cities.

We are looking to hire an experienced Engineering manager as we ramp up to next level of growth. 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan engineering roadmap and engineering execution from conceptualization to delivery, working closely with the founders.
  • You will be responsible for team building, hiring, managing, coaching, mentoring, and team appraisals.
  • Define and evolve next generation products, application development guidelines, CI/CD tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with product management, design team, engineering and test teams to create products that value add Kuvera's platform.
  • Well versed in emerging industry technologies and trends.
  • Ability to communicate them to the team and use it to guide direction of product.
  • Lead and manage a high-performance core-engineering team.

Requirements:

  • You are a technically hands-on person and open to learning new skills.
  • Experience in managing a team consisting of Senior Engineers / Engineers, Design and Test individuals.
  • Have experience in coaching and mentoring small to mid sized teams.
  • Familiar with software engineering best practice and experience in implementing them.
  • Experience in using project management tools like Jira, Asana etc..
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills.
